Time for update much? Needed badly. xD

Lots has happened since my last update! Pretty much a full month, eeek! So here's whats been going on in Nix's life.

First off - State Marching Band Competetion! Woots! Was October 17th. We took third, blearch. D: Lost by a half of a point to the second place team. Both first and second place teams are our biiiig rivals, so we were a bit sore that we took third - but we got all-time high scores! Alright! BD

And someone in our band put the state performance on YouTube! So you guys can watch if you'd like.

I don't believe there's any personal info there, so you guys can't find me >D My city name is there but no state, so tehehee. I bet if you are really smart enough, you can figure out the state, but I don't care. xD Feel free to watch the highlight video as well! There are no shots of me in there sadly. But it's my band!

Next, SAXOPHONE PARTY YEAHSSSSSS~
Yeah, every year the saxes (alto, tenor and bari) all have a big party. All members of all sections can come and I decided to go - it was a blast! We had it in a big park so that we could run around and such.

Out of my section, me and two of my friends (both freshmen) went, and then my senior. <3 And later our sophomore came as well so I was very very happy - four out of eight people in my section! For storys sake we'll call the freshmen Bear and Dog, and my senior Fox, and my sophomore Badger. There were like...20 of the altos there and then the two bari's.

We started out with tackle football and I ended up on Fox's team, which was good, 'cause we had all the really good players. And we did end up winning, like... 35 or 40 to 14. xD I got to tackle Badger, which I had wanted to, tehehee.

After that we played lava monster on the playground - yes, 30-ish high school teenagers running on a little-kid playground, screaming and jumping around. Yep.

Then it was flashlight tag, which was basically hide-and-go-seek in the dark with partners, and we had to run around and keep moving. Lots of fun! My best friend and I were partners, ch'yea~

Aaaand then this Saturday, just the Tenors are having our section party. I'm so happy and excited. <333

School-wise...big state tests are this week, but freshmen don't have to do them, yay! BD No tests for Nix. But we did have this big writing assessment and we get to listen to lots of lectures. BORING.

So yeah...all for now! Dinner is almost ready, so I'mma go eat. C:
